Return & Exchange Policy

Our Policy

At Avera Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your fabric order, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

Unused fabrics in original condition may be returned within 7 days for store credit.

Exchanges

Exchange for other fabrics of equal value within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

Shipping

Customer pays return shipping. We cover shipping for approved exchanges.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition with tags/labels attached
  • In the original packaging with all protective wrapping intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery date

Note: Cut fabrics, sale items, and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at 0300-6637316
  2. Provide details including your order number, items to return/exchange, and reason
  3. Wait for approval - we'll respond within 24 hours with instructions
  4. Ship items back to our address using a trackable shipping service
  5. Receive confirmation once we process your return/exchange

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be credited to your Avera Collection account as store credit
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Note: For defective or incorrect items, we'll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Exchange Process

For approved exchanges:

  • We'll ship your replacement item once we receive the returned fabric
  • Exchanges are for items of equal value , price differences will be adjusted
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue store credit
